While it is not mandatory for adults (18+) to wear helmets, we highly recommend that you do because many horse related falls result in head injuries, regardless of the experience of the rider. If you elect not to wear a helmet, we will ask that you sign a helmet waiver. Children will of course have to wear a helmet. Helmets are provided at no additional cost. You are welcome to bring your own, but note that bike, skating, climbing, whitewater etc. type helmets don’t translate to equestrian activities.
